The Imagine Croydon survey is a good way to give your views on a range
of challenges and opportunities facing Croydon. All your answers will
be counted up and analysed to decide what goes into the overall
'vision' document that we produce. See below for the link to the survey.

This survey allows you to make your responses directly onto the page
using your keyboard and mouse. When finished, click on 'Submit Form' at
the top of the page and you will be given a list of options for
sending it back.

If it's easier, you can simply save the form on your computer and
email it to info@imaginecroydon.com as an attachment.

Of course, you can also print the form off, fill it in by hand and
return it to the address at the bottom of the form.
